Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings drumettes and flats
  • ½ cup pineapple juice unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tropical BBQ Sauce:

  • cup mango nectar or honey

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce or chili paste (optional)
  • Optional garnish: chopped cilantro green onions, sesame seeds, lime wedges

Instructions
